The entire business process is controlled via the ERP system, in which the customer receives up-to-date information on the status of the order, including all the details associated with the products. Of course, we solve the technical details of the product, we provide our own inspection, packaging and transport to the customer.

  • Order processing → selection of a suitable supplier
  • Communication with the customer in case of deficiencies in the drawing documentation → technical details solving, if needed
  • Inspection, marking of parts, packaging, transport, storage of products in our own warehouse

Sheet metal processing

  • Production of blanks from thick sheets on the VANAD PROXIMA CNC machine
    →Working width 2,500; working length 12,000 mm; thickness range of fired sheets 2–130 mm
  • HD-F 6020 laser→ laser for sheet metal processing, max. size 2,000 × 6,000 mm. Thickness for steel sheets up to 20 mm, for stainless steel sheets up to 5 mm

  • HD-TC laser→ laser for processing pipes, square profile tubes and profiles. Maximum part length 6,400 mm. Maximum pipe diameter 170 mm, maximum steel size 120 × 120 or 150 × 100 mm

  • Kaltenbach saw drilling centre → max. width of processed profile 600 mm, max. input length 14 m, max. output length 14 m. Drilling from three sides, manufacturing of grooves, marking and description of parts
  • CNC AD-R 30320 tandem hydraulic bending machine→ 2 bending machines in tandem, max. width of bent part 6,000 mm, max. sheet thickness 8 mm when bending to 6,000 mm. Total pressure 640 tons –
    +/-100 tons/m

  • Continuous blasting machine – TZNP 6 → max. height of the blasted part 600 mm, maximum width × length of the part 2,00 × 1,500 mm. Max. weight 1,920 kg/m

  • Welding → welding using the most modern welding machines. MIG/MAG, TIG welding processes
